For our location in Vienna we are looking for an Omnichannel Manager who will be part of our dynamic and innovative team. In this role you will report directly to the Commercial Head. Creating/Co-creating an Omni-Channel Strategy (general direction, definition and implementation) with the Product Managers/Medical Managers/Sales managers functions Responsible for the operational execution of the Omni-Channel approach incl. content management for selected Therapeutic Areas in coordination with Product Managers, Email creation and journey building, etc. Collaborates with management and technical teams to identify and implement marketing strategies, programs/tactics and to assure operations/upgrade of our technical platforms Designs, develops and implements Omni-Channel plans based on market scenario, local positioning and competitive analysis Monitoring, revising and analyzing new Omni-Channel KPIs to optimize customer engagement, maximizing the customer experience and business performance. Keeps track of KPIs, evaluates such and initiates change to constantly improve Omni-Channel performance University degree in business or digital communication. Advanced degree in business, and/or management, digital/ e-commerce marketing, bioscience 3+ years' marketing experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry 3+ years' experience in driving impactful omnichannel innovation in the Austrian market Strong project management skills, ability to orchestrate different workstreams in parallel Excellent analytical, strategic and KPI measurement skills. High drive for superior results, process improvement and simplification Good understanding of Marketing, Sales and customer engagement Well-developed understanding of digital trends & solutions, technology platform and products Innovative mindset; inspired, curious and unbossed We offer our candidates an exciting area of responsibility in a global pharmaceutical company. The remuneration is based on an internal company salary schedule and is approximately EUR70, 000 gross per year plus a variable portion, depending on education and previous experience.
