For this position we are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist with excellent service design skills who actively supports the adpotion of agile ways of working in the organisation. In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of our CX vision, CX-Design using methods as personas, customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, design sprints, etc. Another important part of this position is to establish and drive a customer centric culture within our international organization. Areas of ResponsibilitiesPromoting the development of an agile and customer-centric culture Drive innovation processes through Service-Design methods in CX, patient engagement, etc. Plan and conduct CJ mapping, ideation, prototyping and co-creation workshops on service optimization withContinuously seeking ways to innovate and improve the customer experience and implementing new technologies and methodologies to enhance CXAnalyse and disseminate Customer Insights to improve the (digital) Customer ExperienceGuidance of implementation of digital CX-strategy within CEE regionDelivering training programs for colleagues in the countries to independently apply agile working methodsManaging relationships with vendors and partners involved in CX design & training, customer insights and communication (customer engagement)Implementation and adaptation of the global experience strategy, with the aim of continuous improvement at local levelSkills, competencies and experienceUniversity degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, Psychology or any related fieldMin. Of 3 years of experience in CX, Marketing or related fieldExpertise in (digital) service design and CX methodsProject management skills and knowledge of agile methodsEnglish business fluent, an advantage: German or any other CEE languageStrong communication, teamwork skills and intercultural empathyStructured and result-driven approachInnovative spirit with a passion for implementation of new ideas and driving changesChiesi uses diversity and inclusion as a source of innovation and creativity.
